Kayak school lessons - beginners
Lessons from 5:30 p.m., focusing on the training of shot technique, catching returners, trips to the current and crossing the current. These exercises will be carried out under the canal or at the confluence. The program will be adapted to the skills of the participants. We will eventually divide into two groups according to skills.
